The measures the founders hold each other to. Green at 90% of target and above, amber from 70%.

Group budget

One budget for the group. Volume × price gives revenue; direct cost comes off for gross profit; the shared overhead pool is allocated across the lines that carry it. Every figure carries a basis — sourced from a Comodex document, planned, or a placeholder holding the slot until someone prices it.

Programme budget

Every highlighted block on a programme calendar, costed as its own event and rolled up. Two products budgeted apart: the Mine Mentor Programme runs at host mine sites and is funded by learner fees and sponsorship; MMEP runs at UJ Mock Mine and funds itself. Change any assumption on the left and the whole page re-costs. More programmes can be loaded beside this one.

Agendas, decisions and the papers that go with them. Agenda and minutes link to the Document library, so the document scan checks them too.
